Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide childcare and engage in age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals
- Lift and transfer individuals as needed
- Drive individuals to appointments or activities
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Skills:
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions
- Ability to provide nurturing and compassionate care
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Physical strength and ability to lift and transfer individuals as required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for transportation purposes
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality
