SD Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Basic Database Administrator to join our innovative team. The Basic Database Administrator will play a critical role in managing databases and enhancing user engagement through HubSpot. This position focuses on developing and maintaining effective dashboards, engagement reports, and onboarding resources to empower teams in utilizing HubSpot for various engagement use cases for ARPA-H.
Responsibilities Include
- Maintain and administer ARPA-H's database systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Regularly monitor database health and implement necessary updates and backups
- Customize and configure HubSpot dashboards to provide real-time insights into user engagement and project metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and tailor dashboards accordingly.
- Create detailed engagement reports in HubSpot and Excel to analyze user interactions and engagement metrics.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Design and develop an accessible HubSpot Onboarding Guide that clearly outlines processes and best practices for new users.
- Ensure the guide includes detailed examples and step-by-step instructions for utilizing HubSpot effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for new users, demonstrating how to leverage HubSpot for optimizing engagement strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users to enhance their experience with the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on dashboard functionality and user engagement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of database management and engagement strategies.
