Job Responsibilities: To provide high level of customer service support for a variety of human resource activities in a Shared Service Center environment, including onboarding, validating I9s, originating PARs/EPAFs, enhanced recruitment support, and timekeeping assistance. Analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, technology, interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer-service skills are essential. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of: Human Resource functions in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, and trainingPayroll functions and practices Computer software applications and systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)Customer service practices Skill & Ability to: Recognize discrepancies and potential problems.Handle high volume of work during peak times.Multi-task and shift focus without disrupting work production to meet competing demands/deadlines/timelines.Understand the impact of work to employees’ access, benefits, leave and pay and to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.Demonstrate flexibility and ability to easily adapt to change.
