We are conveniently located off I-95, two blocks from the Metro North railroad situated in the heart of Downtown New Rochelle, NY
Ability to commute/relocate: New Rochelle, NY 10804: Reliably commute (no more than 45 minutes) or planning to relocate before starting work.
Reports To: Director/CEO/COO
Compensation:
- 0-90 days 3k a month plus 3% of net profit
- After 90 days 4k a month plus 5% net profit
Hours:
- 11-7 Monday to Friday
- First and 3rd Saturday of the month with a day off that week

Salary:
- 0-90 days 3k a month plus 3% of net profit

Responsibilities:
· Outbound call and talk to all leads in the que
· Overcome objections on the phone
· Schedule and conduct appointments
· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
· Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
· Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Qualifications:
· Quick on your feet
· Professional in attitude and appearance
· Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
· Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
· Independent and self-motivated
· Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
· Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
· Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
· Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
