About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in our Business Strategy team, you will work with leading CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies to identify impactful use cases, optimize data processes, and assess data-driven solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop business strategy roadmaps for analytical use cases implementation, aligning with client priorities and long-term strategic goals.
- Supervision of analytical model results, development of insights, and recommendations for improving the client's strategy and business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and design actionable plans to deliver impact at scale.
- Evaluate and recommend data providers, technological solutions, and advanced tools tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead small project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherences to timelines.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and resources effectively.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience in business consulting, data strategy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CPG industry challenges, key business processes, and industry specific uses cases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business strategies and needs into actionable data insights.
