Provide development and technical support to R&D BioProcess Sciences project through laboratory work. Assist in the development and improvement of existing processes at the laboratory small scale. Responsible for planning and executing experiments. Collaborate and coordinate activities with internal and global R&D teams. Document laboratory work in Electronic Lab Notebook. Summarize development activities in memos and development reports. Provide data summaries to cross-functional teams. Will report to Manager or Senior Manager.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
B.S. in engineering, biology, chemistry or equivalent
0-2 years of experience
Basic time management and use of organization skills and procedures.
Proficient verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft software.
Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience with statistical software such as JMP or Minitab is a plus
1-2 years of laboratory experience
Experience with statistical analysis
