We are currently seeking an Project Designer - Landscape in our Costa Mesa, CA office.
About the Position
- Assist in creating 3D models.
- Assist in creation and coordination of landscape designs
- Assist in setup of design drawings.
- Produce design ideas and concepts.
- Assist in executing schematic design drawings.
- Format graphics for presentations.
- Assist in creating complete set of design development following a cartoon set
- Understand required deliverables of this phase.
- Aid construction documentation by incorporating redline comments from supervisor.
- Assist with plan check corrections.
- Assist in coordination with other disciplines.
Skills / Requirements:
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with the project team within the studio
- Able to manage multiple priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency using the following software: AutoCad and/or REVIT, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, MS Office
Experience and Knowledge:
- 4-year Landscape Architectural degree and/or combination of required education and experience.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
