Financial Reporting Associate - Private Equity
High-growth Private Equity firm is looking for a Financial Reporting Associate to add to the team! Candidates will have prior experience in Public Accounting with Financial Services / PE clients, or with prior corporate industry experience.

Responsibilities :
Oversight of monthly journal entry preparation, review and related reconciliations
Extensive interaction with our fund & tax accountants
Quarterly GAAP Financial Statement preparation
Quarterly GAAP disclosure items
Reconciliation of Partner Contributions and Distributions
Preparation of Federal and State Tax Estimates
Partner analysis and explanation of tax information as requested
Annual preparation of audited Side-by-Side Financial Statements
Sarbanes Oxley compliance
Requirements :
1-3 years of experience
Big 4 / Public Accounting experience with Financial Services clients highly preferred
Corporate Private Equity / Financial Reporting experience is a plus
Interest in long-term growth & promotion within the organization
