Position : IT Service Delivery Manager (Fulltime)
Location : Toledo, OH (Onsite)
Job Description
- 10 experience in IT / IT ES
- Service Delivery Management experience for large AMS programs
- Able to manage large teams in providing 24/7 support in onsite offshore model
- Collaboration within team and with customer stakeholders
- Service mindset required- understand commitments, customer pain points and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication ( English only )
- Work closely with customer leadership
- Should be able to take end to end ownership
- Should have knowledge and experience in Manufacturing applications ( MES, Historian, Aspen tech IP21)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
