What You’ll Be Paid
$55,000-65,000 Per Year.

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What are the job responsibilities?
- Strategically placing ads for open positions
- Effectively manage applicant pool & drive monthly fills based on established goals
- Ability to think outside the box when sourcing viable candidates
- Following up with prospective drivers to include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making outbound calls for information gathering
- Responding to email in inquiries
- Prioritize and organize daily and weekly tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain detailed records/documentation of interactions with both candidates and leadership
- Utilization of excellent time management skills to meet business needs
- Ability to problem solve issues
- Professional Recruiting and/or Sales experience
- Trucking or transportation experience is a plus
- Experience in placing independent contractors is a plus
- Have an “outside of the box” mindset when it comes to sourcing candidates
- Organizational, data entry, documentation, and time management skills
- Excellent communication - verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Computer efficient including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Must pass a Drug screening & background check
