Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Edison, NJ

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office
Hourly Rate: $28-$30/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a manufacturing company in Edison, NJ to hire a temporary Recruiter. This role will go until June 2025. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years of related recruiting experience, knowledge of an applicant tracking system and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1 hour lunch and is hybrid 2 days a week in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays), 3 days a week from home.

Responsibilities:
· Post open requisitions to job boards
· Sort through applications in ATS and flag candidates that are a good fit
· Schedule phone interviews and video meetings on MS Teams
· Follow up with the applicant regarding next steps or if team decides not to move forward
· Assist with onboarding new employees
Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· At least 2 years of experience within recruitment, ideally from a staffing, manufacturing or corporate services industry
· Experience using an applicant tracking system
· Strong technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Positive, upbeat demeanor with a strong willingness to help, learn and grow with the team
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
