Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and screen candidates for executive-level roles through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand the specific requirements of the role and the ideal candidate profile.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present top candidates to clients with detailed profiles and guide the recruitment process from initial contact through to the hiring decision.
- Maintain a high level of communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to align on talent needs, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to clients regarding compensation trends, industry standards, and talent availability.
- Track and manage candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it is up-to-date and organized.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an executive search or staffing firm environment.
- A passion for recruitment and an eagerness to work hard to meet goals and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
