We are dedicated to working with Independent Auto Dealers across the United States. Our goal is to search for talented professionals wanting to grow and take their careers to the next level. Our Regional Sales Consultants are vital to our business. You will be responsible for lead generation as well as establishing and developing a strong, valued relationship with your dealer base.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their credit line needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to sign up dealers and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase funding models and their benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Analyze dealer feedback to improve service and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track funding progress.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from each dealer interaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or previous diverse automotive industry & sales experience
- High-level written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task
- Proven experience in sales management or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with product demonstrations and technical sales processes is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and improve sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales and upselling techniques.
- Should be proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel with a great aptitude for technology.
