What your day may look like:
- Analyzing and processing invoices in a timely manner,
- Coding invoices, vouchers, expense reports, etc., with correct codes to ensure proper entry into the financial system,
- Handling all vendor and driver correspondence via phone and email,
- Investigating and resolving problems associated with processing of invoices,
- Verifying and coding credit card purchases,
- Auditing delivery routes,
- Filing, maintaining, and distributing accounting documents, records, and report,
- Miscellaneous AP corrections and billing inquiries,
- Assist senior financial officers as needed,
- Other duties as needed.
What we require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, with moderate Excel skills
- Excellent Organization and communication skills
- Detail oriented
