What your day may look like:

• Analyzing and processing invoices in a timely manner,
• Coding invoices, vouchers, expense reports, etc., with correct codes to ensure proper entry into the financial system,
• Handling all vendor and driver correspondence via phone and email,
• Investigating and resolving problems associated with processing of invoices,
• Verifying and coding credit card purchases,
• Auditing delivery routes,
• Filing, maintaining, and distributing accounting documents, records, and report,
• Miscellaneous AP corrections and billing inquiries,
• Assist senior financial officers as needed,
• Other duties as needed.

What we require:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, with moderate Excel skills
• Excellent Organization and communication skills
• Detail oriented
