Position Summary:
The SEIDS Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content that enhances the company's branding, communication efforts, and online presence. This role involves producing multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, to support social media, internal communications, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, video production, and social media management, ensuring all content aligns with SEIDS’ strategic goals and branding guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Development & Design
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, newsletters, presentations, and internal marketing materials.
- Develop engaging and high-quality video content to highlight company initiatives, events, and achievements.
- Write compelling and informative content for blogs, internal communications, and social media posts.
- Ensure consistency in design, tone, and messaging across all content platforms.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to align content with company objectives and initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Strategy
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor search engines (SEO) and metrics to improve content reach and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess content performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Branding & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ensure all content aligns with SEIDS’ branding guidelines and overall strategic vision.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Sales, and HR, to develop content that supports company objectives.
- Assist in developing internal marketing campaigns.
- Work with external vendors or influencers when necessary to expand content reach and engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Employment Standards:
Knowledge
- Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, video production, and social media management.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with SEO, digital marketing trends, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of experience and education.
Experience
- 1-3 years of direct experience

Working Conditions
