Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and collaborative Primary Teacher dedicated to implementing Parallel Teaching strategies. You will partner closely with another educator to simultaneously instruct separate groups, ensuring tailored and focused instruction that meets each student's unique learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction collaboratively with co-teacher using Parallel Teaching models.
- Regularly assess student learning, adapting instructional practices accordingly.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Engage in ongoing professional development around effective co-teaching methods and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (required), Master's degree preferred.
- Valid Indiana teaching license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience or strong interest in Parallel or Co-Teaching models.
