Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The position is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software, Word and Excel. Responsibilities
- Enter data into accounting software, process accounts receivable, accounts payable, create invoices
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries or forwarding them to the relevant personnel.
- Set-up shipping of products
- Order supplies and inventory as needed
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
Work Hours
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Benefits - 401-K option and paid holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
