Sea Bags, the original maker of one-of-a-kind totes, handbags, and accessories crafted in the USA from recycled sailboat sails, is looking for a Seasonal Full-Time Store Manager to join our team in our beautiful Ogunquit store.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.
- Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Lead and support store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Motivate and develop the team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented store environment.
- Ensure proper execution of merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
- Train employees on company policies, sales strategies, and product knowledge.
- Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous successful experience as a retail store manager, supervisor, or in a leadership role.
- Strong customer service and people management skills.
- A motivator who inspires and engages their team.
- Ability to clearly communicate processes and instructions, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Experience using POS systems with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
