In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction, making them a vital part of our operations. As a Bridal Attendant you will be trusted to take care of the bride, communicate to and for her to manage her stress level, keep the day's schedule on track, bring the right items to the wedding ceremony and reception, and help with any issues that may arise on the wedding day.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services and amenities.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Support event management by assisting with setup, breakdown, and guest services during events.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience through excellent service delivery.
- Engage in public speaking as needed to inform guests about events or services offered.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in food service or events management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective guest interaction and public speaking opportunities.

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
