We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Camp Attendant to join our team at Sea Coast Camping and RV Resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. The atmosphere at Sea Coast Camping is positive and always exciting as people arriving are on vacation! Mirroring the guests happiness is a MUST.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Stock and operate camp store.
- Make up 5 and 10 pound bags of ice.
- Cleaning game and laundry rooms on a daily basis
- Address guest inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Provide information about local amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed using the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with outside team to ensure seamless service delivery of wood and such for guests.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Skills
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations and guest management.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
