We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FOH Restaurant Manager to join our Team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests, resolving any issues or complaints promptly
- Manage and train staff members, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Coordinate catering events and banquet functions
- Handle cash management duties, including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of full-service high-volume restaurant management experience
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
