Calling all nature lovers! Looking for full and part time gardeners at ALL experience levels to join our hard working, outdoorsy, plant obsessed crew this season (and beyond!).

This is a unique opportunity to gain a ton of knowledge about eco-conscious plant care and design from one of the local leaders in horticulture.
The right person must enjoy working outdoors (rain or shine!), be extremely mentally flexible - able to follow direction and shift gears frequently as the season and weather demands, and take true pride in their work - which has an amazing payoff seeing the gardens evolve and thrive from spring through winter.
This job is for those with a sense of adventure, a passion for learning, a love of nature, an eye for design, and an enjoyment of tactile, physical work, who arent afraid of some hard manual labor.
We are a small and collaborative team and everyones input is valued. Lots of opportunities to hone in on your particular horticultural interests as well as grow with us into leadership roles. Self starters and go getters welcome! Extra perks include communing with pollinators and taking home fresh, organically grown flowers and vegetables.
