As a Retail Supervisor, youβll be the front-line leader of our Retail Team β inspiring, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver world-class customer service every single day. Youβll also step into Duty Manager responsibilities, overseeing the entire attraction to ensure smooth daily operations and a safe, fun environment for everyone.

π οΈ Key Responsibilities
Be a role model on the retail floor, leading by example and setting the tone for exceptional guest service.
Motivate and mentor the Retail Team to hit targets and exceed guest expectations π―
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training β helping new team members shine from day one!
Support inventory control, product merchandising, and stock management π¦
Step into the Duty Manager role to support operations across the attraction π°
Handle guest feedback with confidence and empathy, ensuring positive resolutions β€οΈ
Promote a culture of FUN, teamwork, and guest obsession π₯³
π§βπ« What You Bring to the Team
High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is a bonus π
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, attractions, or a fast-paced guest-facing environment
Natural leader and motivator with excellent communication and people skills π¬
Cool under pressure, solution-focused, and passionate about creating WOW moments
Strong attention to detail and great with POS and inventory systems π₯οΈ
A positive attitude and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays πβοΈ
