What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Sea Palace Inn?
We have a job opening for Front Desk Manager. We need a person who will be present at the property 24/7. Accommodation is provided. Individual must speak fluent English and have computer knowledge. We will provide training if necessary. Person must be willing to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ for work. Our peak season is only May-Sept. Rest of the year its slow season and less work to do.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Check in and out guest.
Taking calls for the reservation.
Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel.
Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests’ managers and other employees
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily base
Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit.
