We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow, promote, and tell our stories to the world while driving measurable results.
Job Description: We’re looking for a versatile and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for all three of our businesses. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies across various channels to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and engage our audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Kona Salt Farm, our new Kona Pure Deep Ocean Electrolytes, and Stillwell’s Bakery.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) and create engaging content.
- Oversee affiliate marketing programs, recruit new partners, and nurture relationships.
- Promote events, tours, and the retail store at Kona Salt Farm.
- Drive online sales for Kona Pure Electrolytes and our Deep Ocean Magnesium through e-commerce strategies, social media, and SEO.
- Increase foot traffic and dinner sales at Stillwell's Bakery, with a focus on our new location near the airport in Kahului. Highlight key products like cream horns and market them as gift items.
- Analyze data and track campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling content that tells the unique stories of each brand.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and implement innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in e-commerce and social media.
- Proven track record of driving sales and building brand awareness.
- Strong content creation skills, including photography, video editing, and writing.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and partnership management.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, Google Analytics, and advertising tools.
- SEO knowledge to optimize website content and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
