Sea Scape Construction runs daily maintenance and cleaning operations for Sea Scape Properties, the leading long-term and vacation rental company in the Wrightsville Beach area.

We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Manager who is passionate about providing a safe and exceptional stay for guests by building and maintaining an impeccable staff.
Your exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail will help you grow our housekeeping team and assure they that they are performing at their optimal level.
You have an advanced knowledge of industry procedures and are comfortable working closely with your team to train not only new employees but continue developing the talent that is already with us.
You will use your knowledge of our properties, standards, and staff to create schedules for your employees to assure the timely cleaning of rooms and appropriate utilization of your crew and their abilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities : Management of the hiring, training, and scheduling of cleaning teams.
Duties and Responsibilities : Train housekeepers on cleaning tasks.Hiring of new in-house cleaners and contract companies.Inspections of vacation rental homes post cleaning Creating and communicating staff schedules.Scheduling daily tasks and ensuring it meets business needs.Educating staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.Motivating team members and resolving any issues that may occur on the job.Participate in large cleaning projects as required.Ensuring company compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.Monitor team performance and conduct team meetings.Reviewing inspection sheets and reports.
Required Skills and Abilities : Experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role.Hands-on experience with cleaning tasks for hotels, resorts, or vacation rental companies.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to train others.Strong knowledge of the area(s) served.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent is required.At least three years of related experience is preferred.Valid Drivers License and dependable transportation is required.
Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
