Job Summary:
As a Reservations Sales Specialist you're the voice of Sea Scape Properties. Sales is the primary role of this position, with a focus in building relationships with potential guests to drive direct bookings and sell "extras" to guests such as travel insurance, late check outs, etc. This role includes helping the potential guest with finding the best home to fit their experience at Sea Scape Properties. Once the guest has made their reservation, they will have additional questions and sometimes concerns that you will be responsible for. The goal is to ensure they have a 5-Star experience from the moment they inquiry about Sea Scape Properties until after they check-out by offering 5-Star customer service sales/support. This role will also include corresponding with additional departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and owner services to ensure all guests' needs are met.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting potential guests with the booking process by helping them find the perfect rental and answering any questions they may have via email or phone
- Building relationships with guests before, during, and after their stay to create a five star experience
- Having a sense of urgency with all communication correspondence through phone, email, and text messaging to ensure guests' needs are met
- Working with the supervisor on driving revenue sales via listening to call recordings, reviewing department KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and outbound calling initiatives.

- Comfortable with challenging guest conversations and resolving guest issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong with organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local vacation rental area(s).
- Ability to ebb and flow with seasonal demands and a high-paced work environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to adapt to software changes and implementations.
- Ability and availability to be on call and work after hours and weekends asscheduled/needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
