Captain: Assistance Towing and Marine Salvage

Job Title: Marine Assistance Captain (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Description:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Captains to join our elite team, dedicated to serving our boating community with top-tier assistance services.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and Assistance: Operate a Fast Response Assistance Towing vessel to patrol designated waters and assist boaters in need. Services include:
• Towing
• Fuel drops
• Jumpstarts
• Un-groundings
• General marine assistance
• Salvage Operations: Support senior staff in managing and executing salvage operations.
• Maintenance: Perform routine daily maintenance on towboats to ensure they are in peak operational condition, especially during the boating season.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Licensing: Must possess a valid U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) license (OUPV, 50 Ton, 100 Ton, etc.) for Near Coastal waters with an Assistance Towing endorsement.
• Drug Testing: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is required. All employees will be subject to random drug testing as mandated by the USCG.
