What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Manager position at Seaboard Federal Credit Union?
This is a full time salaried management position reporting to the V.P. Finance/CFO/CCO. The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Credit Union complies with legal regulatory standards, procedures and policies. The position will be responsible for reviewing, documenting and evaluating compliance activities, delivering employee training on compliance matters, handling compliance related complaints, performing audits and working with examiners. This position will coordinate with other Credit Union Management to identify potential compliance risks, implement procedures, draft policies and procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain the Credit Union’s adherence to all policies and procedures.
