- Dispatching market haul trucks, drivers, and loadout crew members to move animals efficiently to plant operations.
- Cross-training in all areas of production/maintenance at the feed mill and being proficient in all areas of plant automation.
- Managing and planning production needs for each area of operation.
- Performing all job duties in a manner consistent with Current Good Manufacturing Practices' (cGMP) and FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) protocols.
