As a key member of the Seaboard Foods team, you will oversee the daily operations of the swine farm. Under the guidance of the Nursery Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of the animals. This includes maintaining high herd health, adhering to biosecurity protocols, and providing proper feeding and care.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Qualifications: Required: Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in English language, reading and writing.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is commonly exposed to airborne particles and gases at low concentrations.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of animals, employees, and supplies on the farm.
- Assist and ensure that all weekly and daily reports are turned in timely and accurately.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
