Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Log Loader Operator located in the Plymouth, NC. area. The Log Loader Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining log loading equipment, loading and unloading logs from trucks in the field. Logging operations move from tract to tract.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating log loading equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for log loading operations
- Knowledge and or ability to learn log specifications and species
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the forestry or timber industry is a plus
