We are a well-established general contractor specializing in high-quality commercial and residential construction within the beautiful coastal town of Seabrook, Washington. We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to support our project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project manager in all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Complete project budgets, estimates and purchase orders.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Perform material takeoffs and estimates.
  • Assist in management of project closeouts.
  • Be onsite daily.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or assistant project management within the construction industry. 
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel required 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license. 
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite in Seabrook, WA.

Note: This is a full-time, onsite position located in Seabrook, Washington. Remote work is not available.
