We are a well-established general contractor specializing in high-quality commercial and residential construction within the beautiful coastal town of Seabrook, Washington. We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to support our project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Assist project manager in all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Complete project budgets, estimates and purchase orders.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Perform material takeoffs and estimates.
- Assist in management of project closeouts.
- Be onsite daily.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or assistant project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to work full-time onsite in Seabrook, WA.
