Job Title: General Manager of Dining Services

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of mealtime preparation, service, and kitchen efficiency for our Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Long-Term Care facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the dining program, including meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities
- Hire, supervise, and train dining and kitchen staff
- Coordinate with clinical dietitian and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure food and supplies inventory, ordering, receipt, and storage meet company standards
Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required within 6 months
- Current Serv-Safe certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-unit foodservice management
- Flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday work
