We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a night nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Job Description
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Work closely with care associates to provide routine nursing care, addressing the physical, emotional, and clinical needs of our residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience as an RN in a long-term care or geriatric setting.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
- An active RN license in the state where you will practice.
