This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at SEACOAST HAND THERAPY in Scarborough, Maine. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office organization, assisting with phone calls, and supporting the clinical staff with clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
