Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum three years processing payroll or equivalent experience
Languages: English
Traits: Related work experience in multi-divisional payrolls. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Software: Microsoft Office: Excel and Word. Workday
Skills: Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks. Problem analysis and problem resolution. Self-starter, yet team-oriented. Computer proficiency

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Analysis, preparation and entry of all payroll information to produce accurate and timely payroll. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
- Support and provide guidance to Payroll Processors on payroll procedures, guidelines and regulations.
- Work directly with and assist Sr. Payroll Manager on department needs and challenges.
- Perform other tasks, duties and responsibilities as may be needed or directed.
