Compensation and Benefits:
The Registered Nurse (RN) role at Seacrest Behavioral Health offers a competitive hourly rate of $45-$55, with an additional $1.50 per hour if benefits are waived. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus of $7,500 and a referral bonus of $500.
Job Description:
The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, and assisting residents with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our nursing team and families.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess an active RN license in Rhode Island or a compact state. COVID-19 vaccination is also required. Passion for compassionate care is essential.
