Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, this role will support the Administrative Department with mailing tasks and oversee the management and maintenance of community-related documentation, records, and databases.
This position requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounts receivable processes within a corporate accounting environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and record all incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to payments or billing.
- Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to corporate accounting policies.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients regarding their accounts.
- Generate and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual statements to homeowners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily processing of lockbox transactions, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain community-related documentation, records, and databases.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to property management.
- Support the Admin Department with mailing .

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
