We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service.
• Support the cooking staff during peak hours by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating dishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic culinary skills, including knife handling and food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
