Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing club information and assisting with inquiries.
- Assist in receiving, presenting, and selling merchandise, ensuring an attractive and well-organized display.
- Facilitate tee time reservations and check-in procedures with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Ensure accurate charging of member and guest fees, adhering to established procedures.
- Collaborate with golf professional staff to promote the game of golf and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Regularly update merchandise displays to showcase new arrivals and seasonal offerings, fostering a dynamic shopping environment.
- Handle special-order requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Support Golf Shop promotions and assist with monthly inventory management activities.
- Maintain the Golf Shop in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing The Seagate Golf Club.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the golf shop.
Qualifications:
