What We Need You to Do . . .
Start each shift with an enthusiastic “Think Big” vibe that motivates the entire team
Ensure every associate has the proper training needed to do their job
Expect all associates to achieve their KPI goals, and provide coaching if performance slips
Step into a variety of roles seamlessly to keep the business moving forward
Have the flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
Have the flexibility to work in multiple locations and/or to transfer to another location
What Skills We Are Looking for . . .
Knowledge of Seagull Book products and Sweet Salt Modest Clothing
Strong visual merchandising skills—especially in clothing and home decor
Results driven with high-level business acumen
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
High level of initiative and follow through
Great interpersonal skills; work well in a collaborative team environment
Stand for long periods of time
Lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Minimum of three years retail management experience
