What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Based Occupational Therapist position at Seagull Student Services?
Are you an experienced school based Occupational Therapist looking for an exciting change? If so, this full time hybrid position may be for you! This position is 37.5 hours per week working with 4 school sites within the same district and a caseload of 48 students. Services will be provided via the hybrid model, with most services taking place virtually. Travel is required in this position. There are three total trips per school year that are two weeks in duration (travel is Friday to Friday). The trips must be two full weeks. Remaining trips for this year are two, one in the winter and one in the spring. This is a long term, permanent position.
Seagull has many hybrid SLP's in this district, so there is a great support system already established. Seagull will reimburse for Alaska licensure. We are an SLP owned and operated company. We do not offer health benefits at this time. Applicants should be well versed in school based therapy, familiar with IEPs, and being apart of a team.
