LOCATION

This position is remote in the US. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship.

JOB SUMMARY

The Agile Project Manager is responsible for successful product delivery and the planning, leading, organizing, and motivating of Agile project teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Help the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, hold teams accountable for their work, remove obstacles, and mentor less experienced team members.
• Define the project’s schedule and scope while balancing timely and regular value deliveries as well as organize and lead working and project status meetings.
• Deliver Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.
• Support the Product Owner in managing communications with stakeholders, manage customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implement an effective project governance system.
• Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and is fully engaged in the project.
  
  
  

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Experience managing all phases of the software development life cycle (SLDC) for all products and solutions.
• 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience establishing workflow efficiencies, by analyzing and identifying ineffective processes within the development department, reaching across companywide departments.
• Successful management of at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA personnel.
• Development of work plans with milestone breakdowns for each phase of the overall project schedule.
• Control of change management processes through ‘Agile Kanban’ board.
• Balanced business/technical background.
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
• Experience tracking project statuses and ensuring resolution of issues through ‘Atlassian JIRA’.
• Ability to provide leadership to business analysts, collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Agile Certification required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $80,400 - $123,600 with the potential for an annual bonus. For qualified applicants, the starting base salary is typically near the midpoint of this range. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.
