General Description

Choose Greatness!! We are looking for individuals with fantastic personalities whose high energy and sense of urgency is contagious. This role will be responsible for ensure all store standards relating to food production and customer service are adhered to on shift. This role is also responsible for all menu builds, cash control and safety procedures being adhered to while on shift. The Server will provide outstanding customer service while complying with all company standards and maintaining company culture. Help support the management team in by being guest focused by showing the following behaviors: Be Fun. Be Clean. Be Right. Be Fast.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

v Make happy people happier

- Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm

- Maintain great working attitude toward customers, responsibilities, and peers

- Educate guests on menu products and flavors

- Fill and deliver customer orders with accuracy

- Role model exceptional customer service

- Role model all brand standards and procedures

- Comply with established company policies and brand standards

- Other activities as assigned

v Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards

o Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards

o Ensure all County/City and State Health regulations are met and followed

v Cash and Product Control

- Ensure all food builds are made correctly and minimizes waste and shrink

- Ensure all items are rung up correctly

- Keep cash and product shrink within standards

v Maintain store cleanliness

- Ensure dining room; BOH; Kitchen and FOH is clean and safe

- Ensure all guests POV areas are clean and safe

- Keep storage areas Neat Clean and Organized

- Keep bathroom area clean

v POS Responsibilities

- Understand daily Point of Sale responsibilities; is responsible for cash management on shift

- Working understanding of currencies accepted

- Fun and friendly attitude during transactions

- Understand and explain all current promotions to guests

- Keep assigned area stocked and guest focused

- Fulfills all relevant daily prep and side work by assignment

v Drive Store Sales Through

- Sampling

- Promotions

- Fulfilling bar and To Go orders when necessary

- Driving and encouraging repeat business

- Maintain a friendly and fun environment

Reports To: General Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.43 - $27.95 per hour
