The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience working with industrial equipment.
You will design and set up prototype lab testing, manage data-driven reporting, and communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
- Provide technical solutions to customers, external vendors, field representatives, and the broader Innovation & Development organization.
- Develop and lead factory acceptance tests to ensure requirements are met and manage installation start-ups.
- Collaborate with machine design engineers to develop new packaging machines.
- Flexible travel domestically and internationally, at least 30%.
