- Production supply ordering -includes daily count of depot items
- Depot Cycle counts
- Depot Inventory corrections and adjustments
- Monitoring and assisting in the correction of All SAP Inventory related receipt and material entry errors.
- Daily monitoring of Coupa Invoices
- Practice personal safety and follow all safety practices and procedures.
- Comply with all policies, practices, and procedures.
- Report all unsafe activities to management.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- SAP experience with a heavy focus on Logistics
- Experience working in a team environment
- Requires attention to detail and being thorough in completing work tasks
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Requires intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, excel spreadsheet, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and employees of the company.
