Responsibilities
The primary objectives of the Inside Sales Representative include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and using a consultative sales approach to move prospects through the sales funnel process to close.
- Supporting the Company's outside sales network by providing leads, technical direction, and collateral material.
- Proactively prospecting for new business opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
- Determining and understanding a prospect company's primary business issues to match a fitting solution.
- FOLLOWING-UP on all sales leads to conclusion.
- Educating prospects/customers about features and benefits of products in order to drive engagement.
- Generating quotes and entering orders as required.
- Resolving customers' issues promptly and accurately.
- Documenting all communications with customers in the company's CRM database.
