What You'll Do:
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and assisting the crew on-site.
- Help load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized job site.
What We're Looking For:
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management skills.
- A valid drivers license is preferred but not required.
